Resources for 3D animators

Hi I am learning to animate in Blender. I would like to start to understand the process of editing in AE.

Meaning: Manipulate the imported frames from my animation. For example stretching the time or blending between frames in order to avoid the abrupt jump of one camera into another.

Could you recommend a course, youtube or any video tutorial paid or free that focuses specifically in this type of workflow.

Regards

You need a really good understanding of compositing and layering to integrate blender renders in After Effects. I would start with the excellent video training available in the User Guide that you will find on the AE product page, on the Home Screen inside AE or right here on this forum under the User Guide link.

There are a few good tutorials on integrating AE's camera with the Blender camera and some good resources right on Bblender.org. I also use blender all the time for modeling and for some animation but I often import OBJ files and use them in C4d Lite or Element 3D. Once you get a good handle on compositing, tracking, and AE's 3D camera you can fairly easily combine the two workflows to create some truly amazing composites.

Thank you for your great insights. I am looking just to import an animation and learn basics like how to cut the animation in different parts and then stretch some frames...that type of workflow. I am not going into camera tracking yet. I guess for the sake of my goal could be similar to importing a video of any kind.

I think what you should learn is Premiere Pro not After Effects. Here I leave my Crehana course of Premiere Pro complete and from scratch, you may be interested but it is in Latin American Spanish.

Thank you, I am Spanish speaker, but unfortunately they use AE at work. It seems to work fine for them.
