RG Trapcode suit - not showing PRESETS

Hi,

In the designer window (when using Particular or Form) the PRESETS that used to be on the left side aro gone - nothing there, just a black space. Wrote to Maxon for help, but they take the time, and I need those presets back. 

Anyone had the same problem and knows a solution? 

 

I am on macOS sequoia, the machine is a mac studio M3 Ultra.

AE is 2024 and RG is 2025.4.1.

Thank you. They sent me a file to run a clean installation. After that I reinstalled the Maxon App and now everything works fine.

Try rerunning the installers. The Maxon app is a good place to start. It was recently updated.
