My RHS Panel is messed up. How to get a clean panel like this.

You need to switch to "stacked" view.

Click on the little three-lined icon in the right of the tab labels (in your screengrab next to the Align tab) and select "Stacked Panel Group".

What is the different between three-lined icon closer to tab labels and far from tab labels?
