ROATET NOT WORKING

Rotate in AE has stopped working. Position, scale, opatcity - everything else is working. I tried clearing cache, updating to the latest version of AE - nothing. How can sucha simple command, which has been int he programs since day one - cease to function? What did the Adobe programmers DO NOW??

Could you share more details? What's the version of After Effects you're using? Does it happen with all the layers or a particular one? Can you test on a new project?
