Rotation of a cylinder write suddenly stop. (Maybe because I link it to a parent IDK)

Question

I want a text to rotate around my head like an angel halo. I did the text and set it as a cylinder through cc cylinder effect. I used the rotation to move the text and I linked the text to a parent null who tracked my head. The rotation in a part when I'm not moving stops and I don't know why. https://youtu.be/nV541U469lY i also tried to use the code:value - parent.transform.rotation; but it doesn't change. You should be using the y-Rotation within the CC Cylinder effect and not Transform>Rotation. You will also want all layers to be either 2D or 3D and not mixed. You do not require the Expression, simply apply the Parent PickWhip from the Cylinder Layer to the Tracked Data Null. If these do not solve your issue then re-post and ensure you provide screen grabs of your Timeline that clearly shows the effect parameters and transform parameters that you've used.
