roto brush and edge refine problems

Question

When i open a specific project it says this

After Effects warning : Unknown Exception

when i procet to click ok it says After Effects cant procede to run : Roto-brush and edge refinement generated an unexpected exception

when i click ok a on that it says it lets me save the project and proceets to close

PLS SOMEONE HELP ME ON THIS
