Roto issue

I have used roto to remove a background from this person. It looks fine when previewing in After Effects, but when I export the H264 mp4 file, the persons head is removed for some strange reason. Any Ideas?

Sorry my bad. I didn't "freeze the frames". All good now!

We need to see what you are doing with the Rotobrush effect. Open the layer in the layer panel and let us see the boundaries of your rotobrush selection. Also, check that you are not rendering any other composition inside your project. It has no sense that your preview is correct but not the rendered file.
