Rotoscope brush size

Documnetation says hold the ctl key and use the scroll wheel to change the rotoscope brush size, but instead it just zooms in and out of the video. What is the fix?

Ctrl key + left click-and-drag    😉

    Try using the left and right bracket keys. [ or ] should change the brush size.
