Rubberhose 2 error

Much like as many people here, I got this problem when I try to use Rubberhose. The thing is, even when I select the Legacy expression or something like that, I can't do anything with the plug-in. The message doesn't appear anymore but it just won't work.

Hi @jackmarble I'm curious how you got it to work
I un-installed it and re-installed it. and there's still no stroke.
I checked the user guide they have. and it says to click the "new hose" button and there's still no stroke.
Hopefully you can help me on this thank you

Screenshots with just the warning are useless. You need to show us the actual property and the code applied. not everyone here knows all the bits of code those scripts create and without that it's simply impossible to determine what could be the problem.

So, this is what's happening. I don't have any idea of what is going on, I just know that the properties are all red instead of blue and any of the changes I do are imediatly reseted.
