Rubberhose3 error that didn't load the UI

Hi, I need some help.
I installed Rubberhose3, but the UI doesn't load.
I also changed the script setting to "Legacy" in the Project Settings, but it still doesn't work.
How can I fix this?

What's the version of After Effects you're using? Are you on macOS or Windows? Have you tried reaching out to the Rubberhose support?
