Run multiple screen after open after effect crash

Have anyone have some trobleshoot with after open after effect then open another program then the pc have freezing screen then turn to black screen, I have to wait for a minute to make it back to useable or have to restart the pc.
after effect 22.5 version

Is it a laptop? If so, try to run it with the laptop connected to the power adapter. If that doesn't help, please make sure that the GPU driver is updated to the latest.
