Running numbers After Effects

Hey, I would really like to animate "1007h 32min" as a number in Premiere Pro so that it starts running from 0. It should start with "0h 0min", then the minutes should always run up to 60 and always add an hour. Someone told me that it wouldnt be possible in PP but in AE and then import it. The entire animation should last about 5 seconds and the expression "1007h 32min" is simply written on a video running behind it. Can someone please help me and explain in detail how exactly I can do this? Unfortunately I can't do it and can't find any good help online. Thank you so much!! 🙂
