s_shake motion blur glitch

hello! i just downloaded ae again in my new laptop and added a new sapphire plugin. i was about to edit and i decided to use one of my presets that included the effect s_shake, but it lightly glitches everytime i activate the motion blur effect.
However it only does when i use a preset. I've tried recreating the preset through the effect panel but it still did not work. Please help! 😭🫶🏼
