Does anyone know how to add saber effect to layers like this sample shown in the YouTube video? https://youtu.be/3U4u9AtYckw

You put Saber on a separate layer and stack them up. If you need to learn how to use Saber head over to http://videocopilot.com and go through the tutorials they have there. Most of the YouTube tutorials on Saber are pretty poor. Go to the source. 

 

If you have more questions, let us know. I also see Audio To Keyframes being used to drive a particle system or time remapping on a pre-composed particle layer as well as the rabbit layer.
