Saber Plugin Not Installing or Appearing

Hello.

Im new to Adobe After Effects and wanted to give it a shot, Im already used to the program but just have one issue.

Its the Saber Plugin.

I've run the installer and went in after effects and its not there.

I reinstalled it again watching the folder where its been downloaded to and it straight ups disapears.

I've turned off my anti cheat-and wifi to see if it works. It does not.

Please help me fix the problem
