Scale changes along timeline are not fluid in rendered video

Hi,

i'm new in After Effects,

I maked a simple slideshow with 5 jpeg images.

Any image was scaled from 44% to 32% in 3 seconds

Images was overlaped by 1 second and faded in from 0 to 100% of opacity

I rendered the video as HDTV1080 25 and the resulting .mp4 video was not very satisfactory, the scaling of any image is not fluid. What's i'm wrong ? Maybe there are rules to follow on the amount of zoom (scaling) in time?

Thank you

Marco

Looks fine to me too.  Is there a playback issue on your machine?

I don't see any problem with the fluidity of your video. Make sure you are reproducing at 100%, but if the issue is when you reproduce in a smaller size that is a result of reproducing it in that smaller size. Remember also that if you want more fluidity you must increase the frames per second, 25 fps is fine but with 30 fps it would be much more fluid, of course if your video is not for the European broadcast but for playback from a computer or other device.

i've plaied the video in another machine and fluidity is better, now i look for some VLC setting issue on the primary computer.

I'm not clear what you are saying here. Looks fine to me. Otherwise of course the usual applies: Check your keyframes and make sure you don't mess up the framerates by picking a wrong render setting.
