scale/position etc not working

Usually when I click S I can see the scale value, like 100, and I can move it around, but right now when I click Scale, Position, Rotation, etc I don't get the values. If I wanna zoom in/out or do anything I would have to use the Sapphire Plugin, what's the problem and how do I fix it?

Can you post a screenshot? It sounds like you might have accidentally hidden the column with these vales. If you right-click on the any of the column names above your layer, choose Columns > Modes. If this option wasn't checked before, then checking it will bring back your values.
