Scaling Saber effect doesn’t work

Hi everyone!

I'm working in After Effects using the Saber effect on a solid that has mask paths. My issue is that when I scale up the mask path, the Saber effect doesn’t automatically scale along with it. I can see the mask growing, but the effect stays at its original size.

Is there a more streamlined way to have the Saber effect automatically follow the mask scaling, or do I need to manually adjust the Saber parameters every time? Any tips or workflows to handle this are much appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Yes, that solved the issue. Thanks

How are you scaling the mask's path?

I just tried this: saber on a solid layer.

Both animating the mask path and scaling the layer allowed the saber effect to auto adjust.

Maybe there is an update to the effect you need to install?

Or did you miss mentioning a step in your post?

Sorry, but I realise that I did not describe the problem properly. I don't try to scale the paths but the Solid where the paths live.

@AidanEdits  sugested to disable the Continuous Rasterization which fixed the problem.

Can you scale the Solid with Continuous Rasterization enabled?
