Scene is not playing full animations in AE

You have not provided even a basic screenshot much less a proper explanation of what you animate how, so this isn't particularly useful. That aside it simply sounds to me like you're relying on dynamic animation features/ scripts in Animate without baking/ flattening the animation into simple linear shape animation. AE has no way of evaluating this dynamic stuff and only "plays" a file frame by frame.

We need to see an embedded* screenshot of your comp that shows us the modified properties of the layers giving you problems. Select the layers, press the "u" key twice, and show us what you have done to create the animation.

Some workflow details would also help. Are you sure that you used the correct workflow?

* The "Drag & Drop here..." area is buggy and should not be used to share images. Please use the toolbar or just drag your images to the reply field.
