Screenmanagement (automatically fitting to screen) not working/grayed out

Good day everyone,

I am having some issues with AE 2018. I am trying to get the screen automatically fitted via Shift + / or via menu.

Both ways are not working. Anyone having an idea, why this is happening?

What happens when you use the shortcuts Shift+/ and /?

And how are you assessing the related commands via the Menu?

Nothing happens, when I am trying to use them via Shortcut as well as the View menu from the top.

The entry is grayed out and not useable.

As for the system config: i7-6700K, 32 GB RAM, GTX 980 Ti, enough HDD (but I doubt these infos or configurationsaffect the settings at all)

    Screen: 1080 x 1920 @ 60 Hz (two screens)

@Mylenium:I do not know what other infos you need, as your request is a little vague.

That's a bug where AE can't handle dual screens. You have to wait for it to be fixed in an update.

Without any system information and other relevant details like screen settings, comp settings etc. nobody can tell you anything.
