I am wondering if I can use a script or a shortcut to automatically move the active timeline to centre the Timeline playhead (current time indicator).

I am working on a very long comp sometime have to zoom in close and move around the timeline, just wanted a quick way to move back to the area in which I have the playhead (current time indicator) rather than scrolling the timeline or zoom out and back in

Press Page Up (next frame) or Page Down (previous frame) to jump back to where the CTI is while still zoomed in. Then press Page Down (previous frame) or Page Up (next frame) to return to where the Time Position it was at.

Any of the next frame/previous frame shortcuts work.  So if on a standard keyboard you can use command/control right arrow and command/control left arrow as well as fn down arrow and fn up arrow.
