Scripting option & Expresions is not displayed within the after effects preferences menu

Hello I have installed on my computer the after effects cc 2019 within the menu edit preferences general did not appear the last option of the menu Scripting & Expresions to be able to configure it someone knows why this happens and what solution has this problem
