Seeking help for missing Scale Width and Scale Height feature?

Hello everyone, as stated in my subject my Scale Width and Scale Height feature for the Transform effect has gone missing, I restarted my operating system along with restarting after effects as well as switching default to standard. Does anyone know the issue?

You are using the transform controls and you have not deselected Uniform Scale. Make sure you. carefully read all of the options in the Effects Control panel.

* The "Drag & Drop here..." area is buggy and should not be used to share images. Please use the toolbar or just drag your images to the reply field.
