Na opção de Posição as setinhas não estão aparecendo para poder mexer na curvatura no meu after effects

I think you're referring to the Motion Path. With the Covert Vertex Tool (long press the Pen tool) selected, click and drag the anchor points. If that doesn't help either, go to View > View Options and make sure Motion Path Tangents is checked.
