Setting first vertex and trim paths issue

Hi

I've set the first vertex but my trim path is still starting from another anchor point. Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong. I'm having the same issue on every trim path I try. Screen shot for reference.

Thanks!

Correct answer Roland Kahlenberg

You have the Shape Operator, Offset Paths placed above Trim Paths. The Render Order for Shape Operators, is Top-Down. Hence, the Trim Paths is affected by Offset Path. Drag Offset Path BELOW Trim Paths and you will resolve your issue.
