Shadow catcher and track solid problem

I have tracked my footage and placed my 3d model on the track solid, added an environment light with an HDRI because EXR file is not working, when i click at track solid's "on" at accept shadows i get the shadow of the object but when i hide the track solid, the track solid goes invisible along woth the shadow so i am unable to get the shadow only while hiding th track solid, i am using 2025 version of after effects and 3d advanced renderer, the accpet lights option is missing here for me. please help
