Shape layer with 3 paths and 2 fill layers

I have a shape layer with 3 paths that I got from auto tracing a png file. Is is possible to have 2 different fill layers so that 2 paths get the same fill color and the third one gets a different color? If I add a fill layer currently, it adds it all three paths which isn't what I'm trying to achieve here

By the way, when you drag it inside the Shape, you must deactivate the Fill that the Shape already has.

Try dragging the Fill into the Shape you want to add it to (in Contents). Don't just leave it on the main level of the Shape Layer.
