Correct answer VFXbear

Here's something I cooked up in 20 mins.  It's not perfect, but it's a start.
Theoretically you should be able to just replace the card content in PreComp 01 (replace the missing content with your own file), and everything should automatically adjust ... "theoretically" ... 😉
(make sure you have the Videocopilot Reflect plugin installed)

Cheers!

I don't see the modes column and it does not look like you are using the Add or Screen blend mode anywhere in your comp.

Turn on both of the first two icons at the bottom left corner of the timeline panel so we can see both the switches and modes column for your layers then drag the screenshot to the reply field and not the Drag and Drop here area so we can see what you have done.

To fake it:

I'd start with a shape layer gradient with opacity on each end and add a single line stroke with gaussian blur, then fiddle with some blend modes and animate everything. Starting with a screenshot of the effect without reflections this took a couple of minutes.

If you want a real reflective environment you'll have to make the card layer 3D, the environment layer 2D (probably a pre-comp) then enable the Cinema 4D rendering option and fiddle with the material options (aa) of the 3D card layer and the position of lights. You'll also have to live with the render times.

The other option is to use a 3rd Party 3D app like Element 3D from Video Copilot.

Everything I did is showing in the screenshots. Feel free to embed a screenshot of your comp showing everything the way I did. Press the 'u' key twice with the layers selected. I would be happy to take a look.

This was probably done in a 3d program, but if you look up Environment Layers, you can totally replicate this kind of thing directly in After Effects with the native tools.

But am dealing with 2D, Any idea to add a shiny refractive effect not the same as in the link but shiny and refractive

If you're looking to replicate this general look without it having the "accuracy" of an environment/reflective setup like this, you could use another layer with the desired look (or Fractal Noise on a solid if you want it abstract) with a blending mode to create a similar effect on top of your layer or layers.

Let me know if you need more guidance here. The way your object needs to move, and how you want the reflection to repond will dictate a lot of how this needs to be set up.

If you have an image of what you're actually working on, for example, that could be a big help here!
