Short cuts with [] don't work, assign new shortcuts?

Hi i have problems with the following short cuts:

[]

Moving In or Out Point to timeline indicator position

option+[]

Trimming In or Out Point to timeline indicator position 

I don't have the [] on my German keyboard. Can I assign new shortcuts? I don't find these two commands in the shortcuts menu in after effects to assign them new shortcuts.
