Shortcut 'o' stopped working in After Effects

Hello, 

I usually click 'o' to jump to layers exit point in After Effects. After updating to CC 2020 nothing happens when I press key 'o'. Also the same is for 'i' to jump to the b ginning point. Both don't work. In Preferences I can see these shortcuts set correctly.

 

Is there a fix to this?

    Please file a bug report. Use the Menu Item, Help>Provide Feedback.

    Meanwhile, if you drag and then hold down the SHIFT key and slow down the drag at pertinent points in your Timeline, the Current Time Indicator will snap to these pertinent points which include lauer In-Out points. This may be preferable to other alternatives until a fix coomes along.

    It's working fine for me but others have reported issues with their "i" and "o" keys. See if you can reset them in the Keyboard Shortcuts Visualizer OR assign the related Commands to other keys. Then, file a Bug Report.

      I tried resetting. I think there's a bug somewhere as the In and Out point of the current layer is not recognised, no matter what keyboard key I assign to it.

      However, my temporary fix, which is better than nothing, is to assign 'o' and 'i' to "Go to next layer in and out point". Which will look for the next in or exit, I suppose it's not bad for now. Its assigned to ctrl+alt+shift+right/left by default which is too long.
