shortcuts with [ and ] stopped working with regional keyboard layout

Hi, I have noticed that all of a sudden, shortcuts with ] and [ such as Send layer to back, Trim to in/out point or Set Layer out/in point to current time just stopped working altogether with my regional (czech) keyboard layout. I have been using these for more than a decade and they worked until today. They do work with US layout.

There has not been an AE not OS update, I'm on AE 22.0.1 and MacOS Monterey 12.0.1 (for several weeks).

Tried, didn't fix:

- The shortcuts can NOT be redefined, shortcuts with [ and ] are just ignored

- resetting AE prefs

- reinstalling AE

- rebooting

I prefer not to use US layout as I enter quite a lot of Czech texts with accents that require Czech layout. And it's been working fine for years. 

Any tips?
