Should I get a new machine?

The company I work for has offered to update the machine I presently work on. I'm not sure I could get a better machine at the moment. What do you think?

Here's what I have:

Mac Pro (Late 2013)

Processor 2.7 GHz 12-Core Intel Xeon E5

Memory 32 GB 1866 MHz DDR3 ECC

Graphic AMD FirePro D700 6144 MB

Storage  two 4TB Thunderbolt drives

I was told the Mac Pro has not changed since then.  I do mostly video editing with Premiere and AE. I also do some 3D.

Indeed. Unless you want to switch to Windows, there are no better Macs. One only might argue that for some workflows a more recent iMac  might fare better due to that old thing of coreXi processors vs. Xeons, but well... Realyl not much point to it.
