Should we consider Title/Action Safe when creating for YouTube?

Hi, 

 

When composing an animation for YouTube, do we need to consider where our animation is within the Title/Action Safe grid or is that only for TV? If it is also for YouTube, which of the two frames should we keep our animation within?

I might be wrong but I think is mainly for television and maybe film.  However you DO want consider visual layout and make things "easy to see".  But I don't think you need to worry about this for Youtube, at least not for any technical reason.
