showing error code 9988 when rendering project . How can fix it? I have an mini m2 pro32 gb ram

SHOWING ERROR CODE 9988 WHEN EXPORTING  TO MOV FILE .

I RESTARTED AND AGAIN SHOWING ERROR MESSAGE ,

I USING M2 PRO MINI, 32 GB RAM ,OS VENTURA 13.4.1 (22F82)

AND AFTER EFFCTS VERSION 23.5 BUILD 52.

HOW TO FIX IT?

    Hi there - I have a very bizzare solution to this problem. It seems I get this issue whenever one of my composition's dimensions is a prime number. Maybe it has something to do with the way the compressor wants to optimize and it just can't when there's no other factors?

    I'm sorry to hear that you're still seeing this issue. Thanks for sharing a workaround, but it would be great if I can help you fix this issue permanently. Could you share your current After Effects version? I recommend running After Effects in Safe mode with third-party plugins disabled to check if this is a preferences or plugin related problem. If you're still seeing the error message, please let me know what type if media files you're using in your project.

    Can you install the latest version of After Effects and see if the issue persists?
