single frame glitch when using scales, motion blur.

clearing cache, changing video format, reinstalling, turning any and everything on and off, changing drivers, updating drivers, trying different versions of AFTER EFFECTS, and the problem still persist.

if you’re going to comment on the issue please don’t ask a question, instead give a solution. really tired of seeing a “?” at the end of all your sentences when this has been going on for a full month.

I've edited countless things in after effects. motion blur is supposed to blur not repeat the image and scale it bigger/smaller
