Single Frame of Premiere Sequence Upside Down

I've imported a Premiere Pro sequence via Dynamic Link into my project. At frame 191 of the composition, the layer is rotated upside down. The rotation property has not been modified, and there are no effects on the layer that would yield this result; the only transformation that's been applied to the clip is that it's by scaled down 50%. (See screenshot.)
What's going on here?
