Yes, this is a throwaway account. I know you don't like to hear bad things about yourselves, but hello! You're gonna have to read this in order to take it down. Sooo... just logging in to tell you how much you (abuse removed by moderator). ❤️ too bad your products are so alluring because they (abuse removed by moderator) too! It was a (abuse removed by moderator) ROTO BRUSH on a (abuse removed by moderator)PICTURE. Not even a video. A (abuse removed by moderator) PICTURE. And not like I'd ever try and get help from here because oh I have and all I see is essentially "hAvE yOu TrIeD tAkInG oUt ThE bAtTery?" Even when proper documentation (screenshots, specs, etc) is presented. In short, I've either had to give up or hope the problem works itself out. I really don't know why you have this, it is useless and vain. A lot like my existence but moving on... bye

Nine times out of ten, users get frustrated by After Effects becasue they haven't put in the time to learn the basics.  That's fairly apparent here because you're trying to use a tool on a still image that is specifically designed for use on moving footage.  The other issue seen most commonly is a lack of detail or context in the questions asked.  Its really hard to answer a question when you don't know all the keys to the puzzle.

 

Everyone on here volunteers their time to assist others with their problems, and are typically very generous and patient with beginners who are struggling with what is a huge, complex piece of software.  Fell free to ask some real questions if you are looking for answers, I'm sure you will find good quality help.

Probably a case of "Who cares?". If you're using RB on still images, you're using it wrong, anyway. The whole point is that it needs motion to work its magic. Everything else is beside the point. We as volunteer helplings struggle with these issues just as much, but posts like yours don't make our lives easier, either.
