Soft pixel effect on kinetic typography.

Question

Hi all,

Wondering if I could get some help on how to achieve the affect in this example:

Would be great if anyone has any guides that illustrate this that they can link me to on youtube, etc. I'm a beginner to After Effects, albeit familiar with Adobe interface since moderate use of Premiere Pro, and wondering how difficult this would be.

You may need to add a few more effects like CC Ball Action to get that pixelation effect.
