Some of my effects went missing.

I was in the middle of editing when I searched 'motion tile' on my effects/presets and nothing popped up! I also searched warp effects and tons that I had used several times before and now I cannot find anything. Today I was adding a lot of presets I found online so maybe it has something to do with that. Also that bar doesn't look like it used to (the presets and effects) and I may have changed what pops up there too. So please help me fix this because all of the main things I used are gone.

    You turned on "Show only 32bpc" effects in the palette's filter options. Check the Flyout menu.

    Every panel in every Adobe app has three horizontal lines to the left of the Panel Name. the Three Horizontal Lines graphic is a universal icon for a menu. Click the one to the right of the Effects And Presets panel name.
