Some tools autoexits full screen

AE exits full screen '~' each time I choos some tool or panning screen by pressing middle mouse. It happens when I using Shape - button 'Q', Pen - button 'G' and Text - button 'T';
it don't happen with other tools, like Puppet 'Ctrl + P' or Selection Tool 'V' and some other ones or when I panning with 'spacebar'.

How can I fix that?
