sourceText expression not working in new update

Was curious if anyone else has encountered this in the update to After Effects 2024.  I've noticed a few of my expressions have been breaking, in particular, just a simple comp("Comp 1").layer("Text Reference").text.sourceText.  I was referring a bunch of text in a project to one text layer in one composition, but noticed today that it wasn't working. 

 

I tried pasting the expression in again, rewriting it, restarting the project, and restarting the computer.  Nothing worked.  I don't get an error message, it just doesn't update with the text layer anymore like it did in AE 2023.  Am I missing something or is anyone else running into this problem?

    Hi @Donschechter,

    Thank you for reporting this issue. We aren't aware of any issues with sourceRectAtTime() in the latest release (24.1). Would you be able to share an affected project with us?
