Spin 3D Circles from Photoshop on AE

I have created 3D Circles that I want to spin in the background of AE. When I import PS file to AE it cuts part of the circles that were off the canves on PS. How do I import the circle into AE and spin them.

Couple of questions:

1. How did you import the Photoshop file into AE? There are several options along the way and it matters which options you chose.

2. How did you create those circles? And how do you plan to spin them? If you are hoping to get them to spin as 3d objects, you are doing to need to make them in AE or C4D Lite. You can't animate 3d shapes created in Photoshop.
