Squash and Stretch blur

When I use the Squash and stretch plugin, the layer become blurred, not vectorized. If I vectorize the layer it is completely bugged.

Do you have a solution ?

No magic involved. Simply create a pre-comp two or three times larger with continuous rasterization enabled, but don't use that option in the parent comp.

That is to be expected since it uses e.g. the Transform effect to create its deformations. You cannot use continuous rasterization that way. You realyl have to pre-compose your text at a higher resolution and use that.
