stack buffer overflow crash

Hello ! My AE project keeps crashing while I am working. And the report states it as "stack buffer overflow". I am not sure if it has to do with it, but I have enough memory and I keep purging cache and it doesn't seem to help much. Let me know if you have info on this!! Thank you!

Sorry, but we simply can't know. You haven't provided even the most basic system info. And not to point out the obvious - if there is a crash warning/ log, that info would be essential to know instead of vaguely citing generic overflow errors.
