Hello, my after effects 18.0.1 is having problems starting, it just is not stable for work, showing the error warning and asking to close the program. I have already reduced it to version 18.0 and even so the error still persists. The only reduction that the program is opening correctly so far is in version 17.7 !! I want to use the software at least in the latest version, to take advantage of the updated features and I also need support as soon as possible, as I need to work and I cannot be adrift of this error. Thank you very much in advance.

Maybe try re-setting preferences:

Have the software closed.

On Mac hold down Command/Option/Shift and click on the icon to open the software, keep holding the keys and let the system make changes.

Same for Windows but hold down Control/Alt/Shift.

I did exactly as instructed, but the error still persists. As requested by the other colleague above, I will leave my machine settings. Below is an attachment to the error message that my After Effects 18.0.1 displays.

Operating system: Windows 10 Pro 64 bits / Version 2004 OS build 19041.867

Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz ~ 3.80GHz

RAM: 8GB

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 210

NOTE: The only version that is currently running on my computer is 17.7! Remembering that before this error, version 18.0.1 worked perfectly on my machine, even with the incomparable GPU warning.

Hello, I'm back here to inform you that the error still persists in version 18.0.1! As indicated, I left the specifications for my machine in the other comment below. I have already sent the bug report to Adobe through the error window, but I have not yet received a response. The attached error image follows.
