Still missing MSVCP110.dll after reinstalling C++ Redistribute packages and all my adobe apps

Hi so whenever I open my Adobe Apps, After Effects and Media Encoder specifically, I get that "The program can't start because MSVCP110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. " message.

The only things I can find are try reinstalling the apps and the C++ packages. However, when I do both it still does not fix the problem. Thank you!
