Storage advice for AE?

Hey, I'm about to build a new PC and I use premiere mostly but also more and more after effects... my videos I edit are around 10-15 min long, nothing too crazy... mostly 1080p 60fps files and sometimes I like to use AE too get rid of something with the clone stamp, or animate a 2d cartoon for around 5 minutes stuff like that... in all my premiere editing I always use AE a bunch of times for some effects sometimes pretty heavy but very short but I always use it. now my storage plan is:

SSD NVME 500GB: OS&programs.

SSD NVME 2TB: projects files, media, games (I like to play a few games).

SSD regular 500GB: cache files.

HDD 4TB: archive, finished projects etc.

Would this be good?? I'm just not sure about the cache?

64GB of RAM will be a better minimum target – you'll get to put more frames into RAM for AE previews and have better stability when using AE and PPro concurrently as well as with using Dynamic Link between both apps.

I will also get a 2TB NVMe for the OS & Progs drive; where the additional storage can be used for ultra quick incremental backups of media + project files for on-going projects. From here, the files can be transferred to an external drive for archival purposes when you take the required breaks during the day/night when working.

The 4TB HDD should not be used for archival. Archival drives should be physically separate from the system. Use the 4TB HDD for storing stock media and as a second backup system for on-going projects.

Lastly, for archival, two separate backups are better than one and use a good HDD and a fast external HDD chassis with USB 3.1 or 3.2 connections.

For GPU, a minimum of 8GB will be good for a purchase made today.

Obviously the more the better but this should be good for what you've described.
