Strange black bars appearing during editing and after rendering progress

Does anyone have fix for this issue?

It looks like the drop shadow is causing this issue because if I turn shadows off black bars disappear.

Thank you in advance!

Hi Ruubertti,

Thanks for writing in.

How much RAM do you have installed in your system? Please make sure the GPU driver is updated. Also try this, Go to After Effects Preferences > Display > disable Hardware Accelerated Composition, Layer, and Footage Panels.

Let us know.

Note: Moving this thread from Bugs to Discussions for troubleshooting.

Thanks,

Nishu

Hi Nishu,

Thanks for your quick reply! 🙂

I got 16Gb of RAM and I realy though that I got latest drivers but now when I checked drivers from the AMD site I noticed that there's some updates available. I install these drivers next and I let you know if I still got this issue.

Best regards,
Ruubertt
