Strange Glitch on CC 2018

I am running into this strange problem with  project I’m working on. Im creating a simple transition graphic that has 3 skewed rectangle shape layers wipe across the screen with a logo on top. It’s now giving me weird glitches that i can’t get to go away. I tried a new project, a new comp and even creating it from scratch again and it happened again. What am I doing wrong?

    Really not possible to make heads or tails of the image you posted. 

    You might try purging your all memory and cache & restarting after effects.

    If the problem persists come back and provide information necessary for troubleshooting
