stroke lasts 3 frames instead of one

I try to make a brush animation on a clip and after setting brush duration to single frame my brush lasts 3 frames.

I have no clue what to do to make it work.

(it may be sth with frame rate original clips rate is 50 but now its slowed down to 25)

please help
